The analysis scans every page and reports what your documents actually say — and flags what they don't mention, what conflicts, and what's ambiguous.
A few things people usually want to know before uploading a document.
Yes — but not by reading your document. After each report, our system automatically records whether the analysis completed successfully, was cut short, or hit an error, along with the approximate length of what was generated. We do not store the document you uploaded or the report's content — only that short completion status, kept for about 90 days. This lets us look into payment disputes or refund requests accurately, without ever needing to see what was in your HOA documents.
Your uploaded PDFs are sent for analysis and are not stored afterward — see our Privacy Policy for details. The finished report exists only in your browser tab; if you want to keep it, use the Print, Download, or Copy buttons before you close the page.
Each payment includes one automatic retry, so you can try again at no extra cost if something goes wrong. If it still doesn't work, contact support — our completion records (see above) let us confirm what actually happened on our end.
Refunds are considered case-by-case — see our Refund Policy. Because our records show whether a given report completed successfully, a report that our system logged as complete is generally not eligible for a refund on the grounds that it "didn't work."
