Privacy Policy

HOArules.online ("we," "us," "our") provides an automated tool that analyzes HOA governing documents you upload. This policy explains what information we collect, how it's used, and how it's protected.

What we collect

• Documents you upload. The PDF files you provide are sent to our AI analysis provider (Anthropic) to generate your report. We do not store these files after your report is generated — they exist only for the duration of the analysis request.
• Payment information. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.
• Support emails. If you email us for help, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and improve the service.
• Report completion status. After each report, we record whether the analysis completed successfully, was cut short, or hit an error, along with the approximate length of the output — kept for about 90 days. This does not include your uploaded documents or the report's content, only this short status record, and it's used to verify payment disputes and refund requests accurately.

What we don't do

• We do not require an account, so we don't maintain user profiles or login credentials.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your documents or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not store your uploaded documents after your report is delivered.

Third-party processors

We rely on the following processors to operate the service, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic — processes uploaded documents to generate your analysis report.
• Stripe — processes payments securely.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and underlying infrastructure.

Your rights

Since we don't retain your documents after analysis and don't require an account, there is generally no stored personal file to request or delete beyond routine technical/server logs and any support correspondence. If you have questions about data we may hold, contact us using the details below.
